A lot has happened — here's everything at Casa Pisces right now!
It's been a few weeks since our last update, and a lot has happened across the property. Casa Pisces in Ambergris Caye is moving on every front — Building 1 is as complete as a building gets before guests walk through the door, Building 2 is days from done, Building 3 is rising fast, and the pool club restaurant and bar now has a working kitchen and the glow of ambient lighting. Here is everything, all at once.

Building 1 — every last detail attended to
Building 1 has spent the past few weeks receiving the kind of attention that only happens right at the very end of a build — the final details that separate a finished room from a truly ready one. The tile work on the vanities and sinks is complete, giving the bathrooms the clean, polished look that guests will wake up to every morning. AC units are being installed, meaning the rooms will be cool and comfortable from the moment the first guest checks in. And the landscaping at the front of the building has been done — the first thing anyone will see as they arrive, now properly planted and finished to match the quality of everything behind it.

Landscaping — the first impression that matters
We have spent a great deal of time on this blog describing what's happening inside these buildings. But the front of Building 1 — the approach, the greenery, the sense of arrival — is what every guest will experience first. Having the landscaping done and looking beautiful is a quiet but meaningful sign that Casa Pisces is thinking about the full experience, not just the rooms themselves.

Building 2 — almost there
Building 2 has made enormous strides in the weeks since the last update. Tile work is almost complete throughout the rooms and bathrooms, and the paint — applied in multiple layers across both floors — is nearly done as well. What remains on the interior finishing side is the electrical work, followed by AC installation and the final furnishing of the rooms with the same handcrafted Belizean hardwood pieces that will be going into Building 1.
Having watched Building 1 go through this exact sequence, we know precisely what the next few weeks look like for Building 2 — and we know how close to the end of that sequence we really are.

WHAT'S NEXT
Electrical runs through the building, AC units go in, furniture arrives, and Building 2 joins Building 1 as fully guest-ready. Eight more premium beachfront rooms — nearly there.

Building 3 — ground floor complete, heading upward
Building 3 has covered serious ground in the past few weeks. The ground floor slab has been poured and the outer and inner walls of the first floor are fully built — the building has its footprint, its rooms are defined, and its structure is solid. The next pour — the second level floor cement — is coming soon, after which the upper-level cement block walls will be laid and the building will begin its climb to full height.
As we have noted before, this is the third time the team has built this exact structure. That experience shows. Building 3 is tracking ahead of where Buildings 1 and 2 were at the same stage, and we expect that pattern to continue all the way to completion.

WHAT'S NEXT
Second floor slab gets poured, upper walls go up, and Building 3 reaches its full two-story height — the same milestone Buildings 1 and 2 crossed months before it.

Pool club & restaurant — kitchen in, lights on
The pool club restaurant and bar has had two significant installations since the last update, and together they shift it from a nearly-finished space into something that genuinely feels operational. The kitchen equipment is in — the appliances and fixtures that will produce every dish and drink served at Casa Pisces are now in place and ready to be put to work. And the ambient lighting has been installed, which does for the restaurant and bar what lighting did for Building 1's rooms: it reveals the space as it was always meant to be experienced, after dark, with atmosphere.
The pool club is as close to opening-ready as it has ever been. A licensing inspection by the relevant authorities is the last formal step between this space and its first guests ordering at the bar.

Next step
A few weeks away from this blog, and the site has moved further than any single update has managed to capture. Building 1 is complete and ready. Building 2 is in its final sprint. Building 3 has its first floor standing. The restaurant has a working kitchen and the right lighting. Casa Pisces is not a project on a timeline anymore — it is a place on the verge of opening. We will be back soon, and the news will only get better from here.
