Casa Pisces hotel Building 2 is in the thick of its finishing phase — and for the first time, all three interior workstreams are running at once. Paint, tiles, and electrical are all active simultaneously, which means this building is moving faster toward completion than any single update can quite capture.

Building 2 — Casa Pisces hotel's second beachfront building enters its finishing phase
With plastering complete across every interior and exterior surface, Building 2 has crossed the threshold that separates structural construction from the work that makes a building feel like somewhere to stay. Three distinct trades are now active inside at the same time — and each one is moving it closer to the moment it mirrors what Building 1 has already become.

Painting
Several layers of paint are being applied throughout — interior and exterior. Each coat builds depth, protects the surface, and brings the building's character fully to life. Paint is the moment a structure starts to look like a destination.

Tiling
Tiles are being laid across the rooms, bathrooms, and common surfaces. As in Building 1, the bathrooms will feature hand-painted Spanish patterned tiles — each one placed with care and precision, one of the details that defines the Casa Pisces aesthetic.

Electrical
Wiring is being run throughout Building 2 — every outlet, fixture, and connection point being carefully routed before walls are sealed for good. The electrical work that will eventually light these rooms is already taking shape behind the plaster.

Having all three of these workstreams active in parallel is a sign of how well-sequenced this phase has become. The team knows this building — they built its twin next door — and that familiarity is showing in both the pace and the quality of the work being done.
