A lot has happened since our last update. Building 1 is in its final visual chapter, the infrastructure is officially behind us, and we now have not two but three buildings in motion. Here's the full picture.

Building 1 — the final visual touches

We are in the home stretch with Building 1. The exterior is currently being finalized and prepped for painting — a process that, once complete, will immediately be followed by woodwork and the final interior and exterior trimming. This is the stage where a building stops looking like a construction site and starts looking like a hotel. Watching the character of this building emerge has been one of the most rewarding parts of the journey so far. The beachfront setting is going to make those colors and finishes sing.

Septic system — done, and built to last

We're thrilled to report that our commercial-grade septic and waste management system is fully installed and complete. This is a major milestone. Engineered to handle the combined load of the restaurant, the pool area, and all guest room buildings, it's the kind of robust infrastructure that most guests will never think about — which is exactly the point. With this behind us, the operational foundation of Casa Pisces is solid. Every future phase of the project builds on top of a system that's already ready for full capacity.

Building 2 — concrete is next

Building 2 is moving with serious momentum. The foundational rebar for the first floor has been fully laid and is ready for the concrete pour — one of the most satisfying moments in any construction project, because it means the structure is about to become real and permanent. Identical to Building 1 in design, this second building will add another eight premium rooms to our lineup and mark a significant leap in overall capacity.

Building 3 — we're already going

Yes, you read that right — Building 3 has already begun. Piling work is underway, which means we are actively laying the groundwork for our third beachfront building before Building 2 is even off the ground. This kind of overlapping progress is what allows us to deliver on an ambitious timeline. Another eight rooms, same standard, more of what Casa Pisces is being built to offer.

24 rooms and 3 casitas — all ready by year's end

Here's the big picture we're building toward: by the close of 2026, we expect to have the following ready for guests:

Building 1, 2, and 3 — each with 8 premium rooms (24 total)
3 private casitas offering a more intimate stay option
The pool club, on-site restaurant, and bar fully operational
