We promised you an honest look at the build. So here it is: the first real update from the ground up at Casa Pisces. Things are moving fast, and we couldn't be more excited to share where we are.
01
Building 1 — beachfront and almost ready
Our first building is in its final stretch. Situated right on the beach, it will be home to the first eight premium guest rooms at Casa Pisces — and yes, you'll be waking up steps from the water. We're targeting completion within the next few weeks, and the finish line is very much in sight. Building 1 sits adjacent to the future pool club, meaning guests will have seamless access between their rooms, the pool, and everything that surrounds it. This is the heart of the Casa Pisces experience, and watching it come together has been nothing short of thrilling.
02
The pool area — a destination in itself
Right alongside Building 1, our pool area is also approaching the finish line. This won't be your typical hotel pool — we've designed it as a true destination, complete with an on-site restaurant and bar. Whether you're a guest staying with us or someone coming just for the afternoon, the pool club at Casa Pisces is going to be a place people want to spend the whole day. More details on the food and drink offering are coming soon.
03
Building 2 — the next chapter begins
While Building 1 wraps up, we've already broken ground on Building 2. It will mirror Building 1 exactly — another eight premium rooms, same quality, same attention to detail — effectively doubling our capacity when complete. Seeing two buildings progress in parallel is a real milestone for this project, and it's a sign of just how much momentum we've built.
04
The infrastructure doing the heavy lifting
Here's something you might not think about when you picture a luxury hotel — but it matters enormously: the septic system. Ours is no ordinary setup. We're installing a massive commercial-grade system engineered to handle every room across both buildings, plus the full volume of the restaurant and bar. That means industrial-strength air and filtration pumps, built to last and built to scale. It's not the glamorous part of the project, but getting this right is what allows everything else — the rooms, the pool, the dining experience — to operate flawlessly for years to come.
That's where we stand today. We're proud of how far this project has come, and we're just getting started. Stay tuned for the next update — there will be plenty more to share very soon.
