Building 1 — down to the smallest details
Building 1 at Casa Pisces is now in its finishing phase and is almost complete, and the work happening on site has shifted to the kind of detail that only shows up this close to completion. The team is preparing to tile in the bathroom vanities — a small-sounding task that actually requires real precision, since the vanity is one of the most-used surfaces in the entire room and needs to be flawless.
Every milestone before this one was about building the bones and skin of the rooms. This stage is about the moments guests will actually touch and notice: a vanity top that's perfectly level, edges that are crisp, a surface that feels considered rather than installed. We're genuinely close now.

WHAT'S NEXT
Once the vanities are tiled in, Building 1 moves to furniture installation and a final walkthrough — the very last steps before bookings begin as we look forward to a January 2027 launch.

Building 2 — officially two stories
Building 2 has crossed a milestone worth celebrating: the first floor is fully enclosed, with all walls complete, and the first-floor roof — which doubles as the second floor's foundation — is now complete as well. With that slab cured and solid, the crew has moved straight into raising the second-floor walls, which are going up as we speak.
Seeing Building 2 take on its full two-story silhouette is a genuinely exciting moment. It's the clearest visual proof yet of how closely this building is tracking Building 1's progress, just one phase behind.

Once the second-floor walls are up, Building 2 will move into the same finishing sequence — tiling, painting, and woodwork — that's bringing Building 1 to life right now.

Building 3 — ground officially broken
Site activities are underway to prepare for full construction, setting the stage for the same journey Buildings 1 and 2 have already traveled. With three buildings now active in some form, Casa Pisces is operating on every front at once.

The furniture is almost home
While the buildings rise here on the island, a parallel effort has been underway on the mainland: custom-made hardwood furniture, crafted specifically for Casa Pisces, is nearing completion. Every piece has been built to match the character of the rooms it will furnish — solid, warm, and made to last. Within the next couple of weeks, this furniture will make the journey to the island, bringing us one major step closer to a fully finished room. It's one thing to watch a building come together. It's another to imagine the first piece of hardwood furniture being carried through its front door.
Between Building 1's final touches, Building 2's new second floor, Building 3's official start, and furniture on its way across the water — this has been one of our most eventful updates yet. We'll be back soon to share how it all comes together.
