Doors open, roofs rise — Casa Pisces is almost ready to meet you

Building 1 is on the doorstep — literally. Doors and windows are going in, tiling is complete, and paint is going on inside and out. Building 2 is climbing toward its second floor. And for the first time, we have a pool club update to share.

Building 1 — the final 6%

It's hard to overstate how close Building 1 is to completion. The tiling — across the bathrooms, verandahs, and stairs — is fully done. Doors and windows are being installed, which is one of those milestones that fundamentally changes how a building feels: suddenly there's a threshold to cross, a room to enter, a view to frame. The distinction between "construction site" and "hotel" becomes real in a way it simply wasn't before.

Painting is continuing both inside and out, giving the building its final visual identity. Exterior colors pulled from the coastal surroundings, interior tones that feel calm and considered — together they're setting the mood that guests will experience from the moment they arrive.

WHAT'S NEXT

With doors, windows, and paint nearly done, final fixtures and furnishings are all that stand between Building 1 and its first guests. We are very close.

Building 2 — first floor sealed, second floor imminent

Building 2 has reached a significant structural milestone: all outer and inner walls on the first floor are now complete. The building has its full footprint and its full room layout — every wall in place, every space defined. The crew is now erecting the formwork for the first-floor roof, which will serve as both the ceiling below and the platform above for the second floor.

Once those forms are set and the concrete is poured and cured, the building makes its leap upward. The speed at which Building 2 has gone from open foundation to fully walled first floor continues to impress. If Building 1 is the standard for what's possible, Building 2 is already proving it can get there on the same timeline.

WHAT'S NEXT

The first-floor roof slab will be cast very soon. That single pour unlocks everything — second-floor walls, rooms, and eventually the same detailed finishing work now wrapping up in Building 1.

Pool club — the roof goes on

This is the first dedicated pool club update we've shared, and it's a good one. Roofing work is underway on the storage area of the pool club building — a quieter but essential part of what will become one of the main gathering spaces at Casa Pisces. A proper, weathertight storage facility means the restaurant and bar can operate smoothly behind the scenes, keeping everything that guests shouldn't have to think about neatly out of sight. Getting this right is part of what makes a great hospitality experience feel effortless.

WHAT'S NEXT

With the storage area roofing completing, attention will turn to the remaining finishes that bring the full pool club building — and the restaurant and bar within it — to life.

We now have four active fronts — Building 1 in its final stretch, Building 2 surging through its first floor, Building 3 on deck, and the pool club taking shape alongside all of it. The finish line for the first phase of Casa Pisces has never felt closer. Stay tuned — the next update may well include news of a completed building.
