Casa Pisces Ambergris Caye Hotel Update — Building 1 Complete, Restaurant & Water System Ready
The latest Casa Pisces Ambergris Caye construction update brings our biggest news yet: Building 1 is 100% complete. Meanwhile Building 2 is racing through its exterior, the pool club is nearing full readiness, and the water system that will serve the entire property is already in the ground and working.

Building 1 — complete
🏁 Building 1 is 100% complete. Every tile, every coat of paint, every fitted closet and moulded corner. It is ready. The only thing missing is its furniture — and that is on its way.
This is the milestone we have been building toward since the very first post on this blog. The beachfront building that started this whole project — eight premium rooms, hand-painted Spanish bathroom tiles, hardwood woodwork, verandahs overlooking the water — is finished. Done. Complete in every structural and aesthetic sense of the word.
What remains is the arrival of the custom-made Belizean hardwood furniture currently in transit from the mainland. The moment those pieces are carried through the doors, Building 1 will be guest-ready in every sense. We will be sharing that moment when it comes.

Building 2 — concrete complete, exterior coming to life
All concrete work on Building 2 is now finished. From the foundation all the way to the roof slab, every pour has been made and cured. With the structure fully locked in, the team has moved straight into exterior plastering — the process that smooths the raw concrete shell into a finished surface ready for paint. It is a transformation that happens fast and looks dramatic: within just a short window, a grey concrete structure becomes a proper building with character and presence.
After plastering comes painting, then tiling throughout the rooms and bathrooms, then electrical work — and then furniture. Building 2 is following the exact same path Building 1 walked, and if that timeline holds, it will not be long at all before a second set of eight rooms is ready for guests.

Pool club — almost ready on every front
The pool club has had a big update of its own this round, with progress on three distinct fronts simultaneously.
WATER SYSTEM
Reverse osmosis — fully installed
The reverse osmosis system that will supply clean, filtered water to the entire Casa Pisces property is completely installed and operational. Every room, the restaurant, the bar, the kitchen — all served by a dedicated on-site water system built for the long term. This is the kind of infrastructure that guests will benefit from every day without ever having to think about it.

Stocked and ready for a full house
The additional storage area is nearly complete — purpose-built to ensure we are always fully stocked for every guest, every night, without exception.

RESTAURANT & KITCHEN
Nearing completion & inspection
The restaurant and kitchen are almost complete and will soon be submitted for inspection by the relevant authorities — a required step before we can be licensed and open for service.

Building 1 is complete. Building 2 is in its finishing chapter. The pool club, restaurant, and water infrastructure are all closing in on done. Casa Pisces is becoming — rapidly and visibly — the place we set out to build. The next update will bring furniture through the doors of Building 1. We will see you then.
